- Adhere to agreed-upon schedules and deadlines.
Fees and Payment

- Documentation: Clients must ensure all necessary documentation for import/export activities is accurate and complete. We will assist with documentation as outlined in the service agreement but do not guarantee compliance with all regulations.
Real Estate Brokering
- Services: We will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, including market analysis, property valuations, and transaction management.
- Commission: Our compensation for real estate brokering services may include commissions based on the transaction value, as detailed in the service agreement.
- Property Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date property information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of property details or availability. Clients should verify property information independently.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from real estate transactions will be addressed in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement.
Termination
- By Us: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement if the client fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
- By Client: Clients may terminate the agreement in accordance with the termination clauses specified in the service contract.

Governing Law
