This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel services or request a refund for consulting services related to retail, wholesale trade, import/export business, and real estate. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Client:
- Retail and Wholesale Trade Consulting: You may cancel consulting services up to “7 days” before the scheduled start date. If you cancel within “7 days” of the start date, you may be subject to a cancellation fee as per agreement.
- Import/Export Business Consulting: Cancellation must be made at least “14 days” before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than “14 days” before the service date may incur a cancellation fee of as per agreement.
- Real Estate Brokering Services: You may cancel consultations or engagement agreements up to “7 days” before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made within “7 days” may incur a cancellation fee of as per agreement.
- Cancellation by Us:
- We reserve the right to cancel services if there are issues such as non-payment, client non-cooperation, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund for any prepaid fees related to services that have not been rendered.
Refund Policy
- Retail and Wholesale Trade Consulting:
- Refund Requests: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within “14 days” of receiving the deliverables. We will review your concerns and, where applicable, offer a partial or full refund based on the terms of our service agreement.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Fees for services already completed, including consultations and customized reports, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Import/Export Business Consulting:
- Refund Requests: Refunds for import/export consulting services are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within “14 days” of receiving the deliverables or if you encounter issues with the services provided.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Fees for completed services, including market research reports and compliance assistance, are non-refundable.
- Real Estate Brokering Services:
- Refund Requests: Due to the nature of real estate services, refunds are generally not provided once a transaction is completed or services are rendered. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within “14 days” to discuss your concerns.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Fees related to successfully completed transactions, consultations, and market analyses are non-refundable.
Processing Refunds
- Request Submission: To request a cancellation or refund, please submit a written request to letstalk@kanmanisubbu.in including details of your request and any supporting documentation.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within “5 business days”. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
- Cancellation Fees: Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exceptions
Certain services or fees may be non-refundable based on the specific terms outlined in the service agreement or contract. Please review your service agreement for details on non-refundable fees.
