- Physical Documents: If physical documents are required, they will be shipped to the address provided by the client. Shipping costs will be borne by the client and are not included in the service fees.

- Delivery of Services: Consulting services related to import/export business are typically delivered electronically. This includes documents such as market research reports, compliance guidelines, and strategic plans.
- Delivery Method: Digital deliverables will be provided via email or a secure file-sharing platform. Physical copies of essential documents, if needed, will be sent by courier or postal service.

- Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate contact information and shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen events, or issues beyond our control.
- Lost or Damaged Deliverables: For physical documents, if you do not receive your shipment or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within “7 days” of receipt. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include sending a replacement or providing a refund for the shipping cost.
